The mall will offer 50,000sqm retail space over five floors and the developers say its the first mixed-use shopping centre in Preah Sihanouk province.

According to the mall’s Facebook page, it also goes by the name, Prince Golden Bay.

Prince Huan You CEO Zhang Rui Jun said “The soft launch has received support and attention from the administration of Preah Sihanouk province and relevant institutions. This is the first step and we strongly hope that the provincial administration as well as the Royal Government continue to pay attention and support the company’s operations.”

Oh great, a mall. Go to the mall and pretend you are in a normal country, forget all about how it looks like a flooded garbage-strewn version of Aleppo outside. Drink fancy coffees in a bland environment and feel sophisticated before stepping back into the swamp.
Silence, exile, and cunning.

Has anyone been there yet?

Anyone been there yet?

Is it well managed like AEON? Or the typical Khmer style mess like Olympia Mall?

Hopefully with now stuff to do, the denizens of China city will commit fewer crimes.

I can't stand malls, crowded, noisey, can't find a parking spot and eating in a food court would be covid central.
But my ex loves them no matter which country we visit gotta go to the mall, there all the same!

Screw a mall, and yes, I understand I'm about to say the something extremely trashy but...........Give me a Walmart! Given how hard it is to run errands in Cambodia? I'd do terrible things to good people if I could go to one store and pick up a pair of levis, fresh fish, a moto battery, folding chairs, shoes, a new laptop, potting soil, a fishing rod, kids toys, a circular saw, a ceiling fan, beer, and a pet hamster.....

malls have a place in cities and i use them,
as this one is closer to Kep than traveling to PP and hopefully it has a comparable supermarket to the ones ion PP
I will use it

I can't think of anything that puts me to sleep faster than a modern condo interior.

In reality hardly any signs in chinese inside the mall. 80% stores are western and international chains, few local shops and some chinese ones. Even the mall is managed by western run company.

All malls are western corporate franchises selling the same western shit made in china
Have a look at the photo no westerns and no social distancing, no way I need anything that much
