New touristic destinations ?

Hey, what would be the new touristic city that will boom in the next year ? Which city haven’t great nightlife yet ? I’m restaurant manager in Philippines,I’m planning to open business in Cambodia. I already know how hard it can be.. I spent 7 month there already. What’s your recommendation ? Im very into bar / guesthouse ( like everyone ) business but I’m a bit worry when I see all those business for sale...!! There is still opportunity in cambodia ? Cheers
