I live in Thailand but planning to move and to set up a IT office in Cambodia and it will be in SHV. Can any one tell me how much is the cost to set up a company ltd? I guess I will go to that one stop center to do all that but wonder how much? And also have any of you guys that have a proper company manage to get a bank account for the Co ltd? With internet banking and Visa/Master debitcard and in what bank was this? Do you use a accounting company to take care of the books and around how much do you need pay?

This will depend on who you come across at the various ministries you make your inquiries in. Better to google the Cambodian ministries and try and contact the top heads direct, take them to a beer garden and/or Ktv and go from there.

*this is one possible scenario you could look into (seriously)

from what i understand you only need to register your sole trading business with the sangkat and it costs about $30.
company status sucks, there are onerous reporting requirements and lots of fees.
you probably do not need it.
