PHNOM PENH - For the occasion of the birthday of His Majesty King Norodom Sihamoni the King of Cambodia, new 20,000 riel notes, showing the King's head on a backdrop of the temple of Banteay Srei, have been officially issued by the National Bank of Cambodia.
