if you had a Cambodian bank account you would be able to pay money into it using your paypal account, like you would pay money into any bank account,
im sure it would work the other way round as well

IF you can get PayPal to pay into or out of a Cambodian bank account, VPN the actual site/app as (from first hand experience) PayPal will shut you down in a blink if it sees a Cambodian IP address. We were fine for our first few years here (albeit through an Australian PayPal account) and then suddenly, nada. When I got PayPal support on the phone, they told me to be grateful the first two years worked as they shouldn't have.

When I attempted to open a Paypal account last year, linked to a Cambodian bank account, I found you could make payments with it but you could not withdraw/transfer funds from it to my Cambodian account.

If anyone is curious, receiving money into a Cambodian account = money laundering, as far as merchant banking (the system behind the ATM networks, credit cards etc) is concerned.

I seems that I will have to find an other solution to receive payments in my Cambodian Bank (Canadia Bank Cambodia)

I've been researching this topic and from what I have found, you can open a charles schwab account online, send your money to charlie and then take the money out at the atm here. Charlie reimburses all atm fee's, so the cost to you is; zip, zero, nada, nuttin, mai mi.

Opening account today. Will report results.

Another thread has it where someone linked their ABA account to the PP account and has been able to pay for things online. I hope to do both.
