K9 dog training in Sihanoukville

just want to share my bad experience with this company call K9 and the owner Mr Leo in sihanoukville

recently i bought a mastiff and great dane mix from this company, for 1200$ and brought him for obedience training, we agreed on the total package of 500$ but when the invoice it came it was 779$, he added lots of other stuffs without my agreement, including bathing my dog for 20$ a day!!! and in the service he included which he says cleaning of my dog ears but when i checked it was not cleaned.

and the best part was that after the agreement he came to my office everyday and insisted of paying him upfront while i was not in sihanoukville, long story short we came to anther agreement that he would finish the training and i had paid him 75% upfront, on 13 of may i called him to verify the training by going to through the training with my dog handlers, he said he cant, so we agreed on next tuesday after holiday ends, now today is 13 may and a holiday, he came back to my my office said that training is complete and wanted payment, without my staffs there to verify the training.

this guy is a cheat and totally unprofessional, i would advise all people to avoid him much as possible.

I was about to say the same, if you'd conducted some due diligence you would have avoided those problems. Just be thankful your dog is still alive, have read several reports of peoples dogs passing away whilst undergoing training or boarding at this guys place.

Its not bad luck...if you.had researched the owners name or the business name, you would have found out that they were not a reputable business, you only have yourself to blame for failing to conduct due diligence. If you're looking for sympathy, you'll find it in the dictionary, between shit and syphilis!
