December 10th we celebrate our 10th Anniversary, somehow we made it this far from the little rattan furnished bar we set up down an alley in 2005. We had a cat back then, Zorro, and being down an alley that made the choice of name pretty easy. We became the Alley Cat Cafe.

Since those early days it has always been about the food, drinks and the people that come to enjoy them, and some of our most popular nights such as Rib Night and Burger Night have been with us since the beginning, as have a number of our regular customers, and we are incredibly grateful for their support

It's also been about the music too, since the early days with Johnny Haze (RIP), to giving a first gig to a shy Khmer singer and her band on our fourth anniversary, a few days later the name was chosen around a smokey table at the Alley Cat; the Cambodian Space Project. Recently of course the Sundowners has become a staple for many in the music scene, and Friday LIVE is a great showcase for new talent and seasoned performers alike. It has been a privilege to hear so many great performances at our humble little venue.

To celebrate our anniversary we plan to bring together all the elements that have made Alley Cat Cafe a great place to eat, drink and party these last 10 years. Food specials throughout the day will be brunch, then burgers, then Mexican, and we will have a full schedule of live music throughout the day
