Lolita Bar & Cherry Bar on St 130 closed / busted?

In December there were a couple of bars on Street 130 called 'Lolita Bar' and 'Cherry Bar' with some very young-looking girls outside.
These have now disappeared. Anybody know if they were closed by police or just went out of business?
