Huxley didn't own Candy, he owned Huxley's. After Huxley's closed Candy Bar moved there but I think they moved back to their old premises a few doors down quite a while back.

Huxley's Brave New World, basically a gastro pub in PP about 5 years too early. What they have since done to that building is a tragedy.

There is something dodgy about the building that Candy is in. It cannot be habitated upstairs due to non permitted additional floors.

That would cover many many places that have been built on top of the roofs of buildings in PP
