Save the date for Phnom Penh's most extravagant Halloween Party!
Phnom Penh Underground and CODE RED Agency will be turning the amazing, atmospheric, 100 year old Chinese House into a terrifying Haunted House and Ghoulish Garden.
Spooktacular DJ beats and wickedly delicious cocktails will take you through to the early morning hours. Come in your most outrageous Halloween costume and win a bottle of bubbles served by a bloodied Banshee.
Your undead DJs, supplying the best in terrifying Techno, Horrifying House and Diabolical Drum and Bass will be
