Phnom Penh: An unidentified Korean man assaulted a prostitute after she refused to sleep with his friend at Asian Palace Hotel at 12:15 am on February 20, on Phreah Monyvong Street, Khan 7 January, Phnom Penh.
According to the victim, the Korean Man had contacted a mamasan who they have been called " Mommy" to hire a girl to have sex at midnight on February 18. The mamasan talked to her to let her negotiate with the korean man for the price, and he agreed to pay her 100 $ for the night.

The next night he came to contact the same girl for sex again, but this time there were 2 men in the room. After she had sex with him, she asked him for the money before she left, but he did'nt pay her and forced her to have sex with his friend. When she wanted to refused that, the Korean man assaulted her, injuring her hand and her head. She then called ABC radio for help, asking them to contact the police.
However, after telling all the information to the police, two Korean men were not arrested,but the second guy had to pay money to the girl to end the argument. He had only 45$ on his wallet to pay her,so that he promise to pay her for the rest tomorrow.

What a fucked up country Cambodia truly is.
Of course the Koreans were cunts, but then the rest of the story descends into true farce. Prostitution is now legal in Cambodia,the Mamasan has broken no law by procuring/pimping a hooker for the men.
No charges have been brought, the poor hooker now gives the police the balance owing and life goes on.
Meanwhile a decadent western pool (ish) party fun and risqué games by snowflakes in Temple Town brings the image of the country into disrepute.
The western defenders of the realm that are stuck here for whatever reason I am sure will still try to justify what a great place it is to live.

It seems in Cambodia, you can get sex on credit if you don't have enough money... the police will just make you promise to pay tomorrow.
