Sorn Seavmey is brand ambassador for Canadia Bank

Canadia Bank has appointed Sorn Seavmey, SEA Games Taekwondo gold medalist, as a brand ambassador for 2021.
During the MoU ceremony yesterday, Raymond Sia, CEO of Canadia Bank said: “In Canadia Bank, one of our values is being ‘Performance Driven’ and the bank also promotes a healthy living & lifestyle for both our customers and employees.”
“Having a national sports icon like Seavmey as our brand ambassador, who is personally driven and has performed well in the international arena, resonates with our bank’s branding & values. Cambodian taekwondo star, Sorn Seavmey, has announced that she will now retire from competition, after winning her gold medal in the 2023 SEA Games before her public.
Sorn Seavmey has had a long and glorious career as an athlete. She was the 17th ASIAN GAMES gold medalist in the Republic of Korea in 2014, and is a four-time SEA Games gold medalist: the 2013 SEA Games in Myanmar, the 2017 SEA Games in Malaysia, the 2019 SEA Games in the Philippines, and now the 2023 SEA Games in Cambodia. She also qualified for the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio, Brazil.
