Notice this guy only has a 4 year service hash mark, so he was either hired overly fat or put on a lot of weight in 4 years. Also were is his tie> Very sloppy. By his ring, he is married so OMG he has a chance to breed and make more little pigglets.

So true, but you have to throw the gun away, so loss of a good firearm. A lot of corrupt cops in America carry extra "throw down" pistols that that are either disposable or can be put in the victim's hand, and are either stolen/non-traceable to the cop or the numbers have been filed off.
