There are people outside the court today his appeal is to be announced anytime now

More torture.
This was just to decide if was allowed to appeal to the Supreme Court - and they couldn't even decide that.
He "won" - but has only been given permission to ask the Supreme court if they will hear the appeal. He was refused permission to directly appeal.
So, two more cases before he is home free, or
only one more case if the Supreme court refuses to consider it - then no ifs or buts - he's gone.
Not sure if there is any political intervention allowed if the Supreme Court either refuses to hear the appeal - or rejects it.
Probably not likely anyway. ??
