The ingenuity of the Vietnamese is impressive. Even more impressive is this sentence:
"Pham Thi Thanh Ngoc, owner of the facility, who comes from Nghe An Province, admitted that she had received a monthly input of used condoms from an unknown person."
Who is this guy who donates the condoms? Must have a world-record sex life and unlimited energy. Anyway, as my mum always said, waste not want not.
