WoW, looking really good! ! I found the forum this time, but last time you sent me a link I couldn't see it. I might not have looked carefully enough as I was in India and stuck with the worst possible internet connection ever.

Do a little research on redirecting your home page to your actual landing page, it's not difficult. Good luck with your forum.

Base url should just be a simple wordpress site which is slim lined working both desktop and mobile versions strange you don't see it hmm

sure, WordPress installs by default to a sub folder unless you configured it otherwise during install. Your homepage cannot see your WordPress install until you configure it to.

Google "WordPress homepage redirect" and spend an hour reading. Ignore anything that tells you to modify your WP templates, as these changes are lost on each update (unless you are savvy enough to run child themes - ignore if confusing).

not sure how you are seeing a blank page? works fine for me on many different devices its just a clean wordpress site with a link in the menu to a phpbb forum behind it.

The wordpress site is just a landing page and gives me room to move in the future.

I think people are saying that your homepage looks like a blank site. It looks like a blog with only one entry :
