Mark Edward Lindenmuth Jr. Gets Violent & Pulls Knife on Vietnamese Landlord

A 52-year-old American teacher named Mark Edward Lindenmuth Jr. got into a violent altercation and ended up pulling a knife on his Vietnamese landlords.
It appears that he had agreed to rent a room for $170 or 4,000,000 dong a month, and then changed his mind and decided to move out.
When he tried to leave the room, things turned violent.
There is a youtube video, but I won't post it here because it includes a photo of his passport.

Just post the video. Jesus Christ. Passports don't contain addresses or any other private info, it's not like someone can open a credit card with your passport number. Or send the link to GONK so he can edit the video to remove the passport photo and slap a CEO watermark on it and re-post it on CEO's youtube channel.

Come on, a guy that goes this unhinged over a $170/mo rental contract must have fucked up at least once in his life prior to this mental break.
Jesus...a 52 year old tefl jobber, dead-ending in South East Asia. This is a tragedy of Shakespearean proportions.

The incident happened on January 12, 2015 when the Ivy League staff contacted Mr. Trung, the house manager about wanting to rent an apartment for a foreigner named Mark Edward and would pay rent by month. on January 15. Because there is a foreigner renting a place at his place, Trung is also working at an Ivy League center, so Trung believes in letting the West people pay late.
Before signing the contract, Mr. Trung led Mr. Mark to see all the conditions of the facilities and asked to read the contract carefully before signing. The contract was signed on 12.01.2019 but is calculated starting from 13.01.2019.
On the evening of the 14th, Mr. Mark texted Mr. Trung that he would no longer rent a room and did not pay rent, as well as a contractual agreement between both parties.
Although Mr. Mark's party is a tenant, violates the contract, does not make contractual compensation. Mr. Mark also acted violently, using a knife to attack and threaten the health and life of Mr. Trung, although Trung had previously acted very peacefully and asked for invitations. Instead of having a direct dialogue in peace and waiting for the police to settle, Mark - The Ivy League English center teacher had committed acts of beating and assaulting Vietnamese people.
