As soon as anyone is told about a suspected crime it should be looked into. Not left in someone’s “desk drawer” to use as ammunition should it be needed.

The dems fucked up by not bringing it out right away and than the fbi would have looked into it

Is she claiming rape or coersion or violence? I don't think so. Literally a couple seconds of over-the-clothes dry humping by a teenage boy. More like "He made me feel icky when we were back in high school 36 years ago and both drunk at a party and I don't really remember much about it but I know it ruined my whole life as a result."

TOG got it right. This is seen by the left as a hit against Trump before mid-tem elections. It has nothing to do with Kavanaugh. Any Trump nominee would face the exact same accusations. Everything is fair game as long as it embarasses Trump.
