This makes me so angry

It is illegal to feed homeless people, on the pretext that it may endanger their health

Of course, constantly mentally harassing them and forcing them to move on is cool for their health

But that's a RT channel tv. You cannot believe those commie guys . It's all about advertising the new dispensing machines where you can buy a apple
and a banana with out checking it first instead of having to go to a real shop where you can chose your own.
