In 2014, Fairfax Media reported that Indonesia had eclipsed Thailand, the Philippines and Malaysia to become the number one destination for Australian sex tourists over the previous three years. Most started in Bali.

"Paedophilia is a big problem in Bali," Mr Hulley said. "What a lot of people don't understand is you won't see a lot of this stuff going on in tourist areas ... it's bad for business...

Knowing Bali and the local people very well, I highly doubt this would be permitted to happen,
It is not a particularly poor place for one thing and the ideas of pollution of the family and the community in Bali Hindu by such acts would make connivance by any adults just about inconceivable.
Such things cannot go undetected in such a densely populated place.
I smell witch finding for money here, nice place to live as an NGO worker.

Suite and end to the story of the Australian pedophile Robert Ellis in Bali. http://www.smh.com.au/world/heart-of-da ... rxt22.html
The worst of it is that he doesn't think he did anything very wrong:

Australian paedophile Robert Ellis sentenced to 15 years' jail in Bali

Australian paedophile Robert Andrew Fiddes Ellis has been sentenced to 15 years' jail after being found guilty of persuading children to commit an indecent act.

The 70-year-old Victorian last week insisted he did not deserve to be imprisoned because his crime was "not a serious thing" and he "paid them generously".
Ellis, who sexually abused 11 girls aged under 18 between 2014 and 2015, requested a brief moment to pray before his sentencing started on Tuesday...

Prosecutors claimed Ellis admitted to the digital anal penetration of some of the girls while bathing them in his rental property in the Bali town of Tabanan, where he had lived since 2013...

Roz, and Popeye, I thought you were more educated than that.. Now explain to me . Is this topic on physical castration or chemical castration . No mater which one, about 10% of the testosterone produced is made by the adrenalin gland, so the person would/may still be able to get an erection. Secondly, a person who has been castrated may still be able to obtain testosterone by tablet or injection . Thirdly. a person who receives chemical castration ,,,, this is usually by giving him high dosages of oestrogen, over his continuing lifetime, may obtain a oestrogen blocker making the treatment obsolete.

Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Bali is obviously in dire need of Westerners driving around in gleaming top-of-the-line SUVs doing all in their power to rescue local youngsters
from fiends like this nasty bearded man.

Emasculation - physical or chemical - is far too good for him; he and those like him ought to be burned at the stake - it could be made a
tourist draw in its own right.

OK, I'll go with that idea, but that is not castration, it's emasculation. [ Or a ''bobbit job'' ] Now what should be done about the cause of the problem , the brain.
