The Colombian peace agreement with the FARC was announced a bit too soon, without taking the wishes of the population into account. The Nobel committee seem to be awarding the Peace Prize according to what they would like to happen, as if the Prize itself could create peace.
Obama was another one that was given the prize before providing the peace...
