I was surprised it wasn't in Spanish. And it cannot be that easy. That is nearly a test to see if the taker is retarded.

To some degree... but it really is some pretty basic civics and history, much of which someone non western educated wouldn't know. many western educated non americans would likely get a number of those wrong as well... like who becomes president after the vice president.
