Re: Sweden / immigration / integration / grenade murder
FROM THE COMMENTS:
Ever since the Scandinavian correspondent of The Observer and author Roland Huntford wrote his book 'The New Totalitarians' in 1971 which critically analyses Swedish society it has become apparent there is something distinctly 'different' about Sweden.
One difference is the stifling consensus mentality in Sweden which is not conducive to critical thinking and which even ostracises those who would stray from the norm, or as it is being referred to in Sweden today, the 'åsiktskorridor' (opinion corridor). The glass walls of the Swedish opinion corridor are defined by the current consensus regarding multiculturalism and immigration and are internalised by most Swedes, especially those working in the media, police, social services and other instances where the monthly pay check is dependent on remaining firmly in the middle of the corridor.
No Gestapo, KGB or Stasi is needed in a country where everyone knows instinctively what orwellian Goodthoughts are expected of an obedient consensus Swede.
