Summary of Position:
CICERÓN GROUP is a young company currently on the mission of moving forward with today’s opportunities. CICERÓN provides solutions and services in Media, Transportation and Tourism for local and international businesses in Cambodia. We are looking for a Legal Specialist with 2-3 years experience. It’s a NOW!

Main Duties:
• Provide Legal Support services to the whole company
• Support on translation all legal documents to Khmer and English version
• Documentary on Legal document formats
• Ensure that all the legal document and contracts are legalized under the
Cambodian law properly and confidentially.
• Keep all Legal documents/contracts up to date
• Collect all update information on Laws and norms, especially in Tax,
Business, Investment and Foreign trading.

• University degree in law (business law or economic law concentrated)
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience in legal field (including volunteer or internship at law firm experience)
• Fluent in written and spoken Khmer
• Advanced written and spoken English
• Good English ability in legal matter/term and Translation skills
• Knowing Vietnamese is an advantage (but it’s not a must)
• Highly motivated, willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a team, good communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
