I make it a policy to not apply for positions that don't give a salary range (as per the current discussion on Facebook) and rarely apply for jobs at companies that don't have the decency to reply to every serious applicant. Good luck, though.

I make it a policy never to apply for work where the company clearly can't afford me. I do social media marketing for a client, over the course of a year they've gone from making $5,000 a month to making around $35,000 a week from that activity. I think the $3,000 a month they pay me for a day a week's work is value for money... I suspect Etranz would have a heart-attack if asked for 1/2 that for a full month's work.

Anybody with real social media marketing experience wont be grubbing for scraps off someone's table in Cambodia.

so your lead site is MLM.
it is a USA based op.
I wonder if any development occurs here, and why you cannot find out anything about them using search terms web development etranz cambodia, except for this very job which has been reposted for nearly 2 years?

if they can't even get themselves onto google search, i cannot imagine they could do much for their clients.

in contrast if you search web design or web development from google.com.kh , my company comes up number 2 or 3 in the organic search, depending on the day.

there is something wrong with this.
