Job Description
We are looking for a friendly, positive-minded candidate that wants to become part of the Robinson Bungalows family, somebody that wants to join us on an exciting journey of growth and expansion, and somebody we can share future success with.
He/She should be an ambassador for the brand, understand and relate to the company’s core values (and be able to transmit them to staff), have a sympathetic management style that will drive employee motivation, and possess the ability to work closely with the owners to deliver an excellent customer experience.
The Manager will be responsible for delivering superb levels of customer service to our customers, and will be responsible for the hostel’s profit and loss account, team engagement, and team performance within the resort.

Requirements
- extensive proven experience within the field
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
- Excellent organization, planning, and administration skills including a working knowledge of using the different computer systems required in the day-to-day operation of a hospitality business
- Significant experience in management and leading a team to peak performance
-In-depth understanding of hospitality property marketing and driving effective demand for the products and services we provide to our customers
-Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines and deliverables as set by the Board of Directors, and the ability to self manage the steps required exceed defined
