I'm looking for a Graphic designer for an online business. Need a logo and what not....anybody interested? Also if they can do website building that be a huge bonus.

one website designer "had been taken off the market" a few days ago according to another threat. You could be his replacement. Great earnings were mentioned, as well as boiler rooms.

You can sometimes get lucky on Freelancer.com if you cant find anyone local.

Theres thousands of HTML coding , IT nerds, and Graphic designer hipsters in Cambodia just goto some trendy cafe and they will be there looking cool and doing exclusive internet stuff.
