For some reason it was never in my repertoire of "go to" places, but I would pop in now and then to have a bite. Though I didn't find the food amazing, it does have a strong following and the location is excellent. The price seems about right as far as business sales go.

The Alley Cat Cafe is a Phnom Penh institution loved for it's laid back atmosphere, great food, and regular live music nights. The bar hosted the Cambodian Space Project for their first ever gig, and features in the music video Have Visa No Have Rice.
