why a lotta things...why no pics of the surrounding "nearby" businesses? or just pics of land around it. OR pics OF the building from outside. Looks like a rather thiny shack. Good luck to him I guess, but he shoulda just paid the man and might not be IN this pickle.

$10,000 for a shack with no material value in it whatsoever? Good luck but you'll need to find a seriously insane sucker to buy that rubbish at that price.

Could be laundry service for those who like their clothes to smell like heads, or else they run a sweatshop for broke backpackers who can't pay the bill ???
