Location is great. Haven't been there for ages, but used to hang out there a bit. Nice cafe for a few beers and the rooms looked ok too. There's even an open-air balcony overlooking the street, so you can sit and watch the world go by.vladimir wrote:Good location.

That price is very reasonable IMO.
Verging on being too good to be true...How much is the current rent?
Is the landlord unlikely to renew the lease in 5 years time?
Even if they don't, at $55,000 and for the size and type of buisness in that location and with that reputation any future lease holder should be able to make a healthy profit in 5 years. And if the landlord extends the lease the new business owner would be laughing.

I think it means for them, they have a very small child and the restaurant/bar/hotel business takes up more of their time than the child does.
I like the place, sure it might need some investment (but then what place doesn't) but for name, lease, location I think that's a good deal.
Shame they're going, but good luck with the sale!

Legitimate reason for sale means after ten years in Cambo, it is time to head home. We want our kid to grow up closer to family.
The place could use some new linen and a lick of paint and that is reflected in our asking price. Details of lease can be discussed in person with any interested buyers and meeting with landlord can be arranged.
