Yes, according to Google Earth, it is near the intersection of streets 19 and 178, near the National Museum.

Correct, it's on the south west quadrant of that intersection.

This is a shame.

I thought the food at Latin Quarter was very good. It's not the cheapest place but it was well worth it.

Agreed. Good food and a nice location/decor. I've only been maybe three times though. Good love music potential as well.

I eat there a couple years ago and it was the worst/most expensive food I've had in PP. Big white plate with a couple tiny lamb chops and a few limp vegys. Service was terrible also. Employees acted like I was doing them a favor eating there.(when I finally got service) Surprised its still in business, not surprised its for sale. With the right management it could be a great restaurant, but isn't. For the right price, someone with some smarts and a few $$$ could have a gold mine. Big Mexican restaurant with good management maybe. Or a real Steak/Chop house. Good location, bad management.
