Sihanoukville - Guesthouse/Hostel, restaurant & bar business/lease - with the best ocean & island views - For Sale, Lease or Sub-lease

Take over the what remains of the current 5 + 5 year lease (2 1/2 + 5 year) of empty building no furniture or equipment, but you will own the roof, $800 per month increasing to $960 per month for the next 5 years. $15,000

or $18,000 + 12 month refundable deposit, will buy a 3 year sub lease @ $1200 per month with an option for 3 years more @ $1500 per month. (assets/equipment, furniture, fixtures and fittings remain the property of the leasor)

20 Rooms (7 air-conditioned, not really needed with sea breezes) 70 beds, many rooms suitable for groups and families of up to 8. Small above ground pool, currently Sihanoukville's only rooftop pool. 60+ seat restaurant.

or $55,000 buys you an 7 1/2 year (2 1/2 + 5) lease at a lower monthly rate and included assets/equipment, furniture, fixtures and fittings?

or $350,000 will buy the land, building, furniture, fitting and equipment

or I'll consider working investor/partner/manager with investment of $30,000.

Got another idea, you'd like to run by me? Come take a look at what's on offer and we'll talk.

Not sure what you mean by that Dara, not many backpackers who are looking for $8 a night rooms have the money to spend at the casino's and people who have the money to spend at casino's are generally looking for, and are able to afford, better accommodation then what BJ has on offer imo.
He has only had 1 serious offer on it btw ( partnership) and once that bloke had spent a couple of weeks there watching it operate, he withdrew his offer. BJ by the way refused to give him his deposit back on the grounds he lost other sales opportunities because he had taken it off the market. Fukn BULLSHIT John you thieving prick. Karma has come back and bitten you on the arse now sunshine. All of Sihanoukville will be happy to see the backside of this guy as he rides out of town on a rented donkey, 'coz that's all he will be able to afford. Anyone know where you can get tar and feathers in town?
