LoL, I'd be more concerned about such a short lease. I hope that's reflected in the price.

Lived in Sihanoukville for awhile and never saw anymore than 3-5 people in that bar.

It's been advertised for sale for months now, strange it hasn't been snapped up yet considering that it's supposedly the best sports bar in Sihanoukville and very profitable

Haven't set foot in the lion plaza for years. On a side note I thank god everyday I am not British.

Never liked the joint. Down that way, it's Shipwreck for me.

Looked like a little bit of Chavland in the tropics. Didn't know we had so many snobs on here.
Very small screens.
Seemed to like seeing his name everywhere.
