What is it with Cambodia and selling things? Whether it be real estate, businesses, shitty phones on facebook or even often retail, even online shops(!) everybody plays coy with prices and details? It's as if they do not want to sell whatever they have for sale. Business/Econ 101 will teach you that displaying an asking price is essential. It's been studied, and IIRC you have around 500% better chance to sell (or hire quality) when a price (or salary) is displayed, as well as not having your time wasted.
