Hi everybody, I sell a bar near Toul tom poung (Russian market). The business is about 100 meters by the market street 444.
- 5 rooms with privates bathrooms and A/C including fans, beds, mattress and set of sheets.
- 3 floors (With Rooftop 2 table with 8 chairs and 1 table with sofa and big chair )
- 1 TV room with A/C including TV 40'', PS3, sofa, DVD player
- 1 kitchen with microwave, small oven, fridge (That is not ours, but that the owner let to our disposal), Freezer, and dishes, plates, and cooking material, fryer and Hotplates.
- 1 motorbike 110 cc
- The bar staff that include the bar itself, 4 tables with 4 chair each, 5 stool, one pool table, 4 fans, and all the alcohol in stock. Also one fridge from the company that sell us the beer, one carlsberg draft, one computer and one speaker.
- Set of walkie talkie for customer to order from rooftop.
-Some other stuff that we might have forgotten.
- The contract with the landlord is set for 6 years, for 900$ a month the first 3 years and then 1000$ a month the 3 last.
We sell it all included for 30k$
