Bakery for sale.
Bakery Sihanoukville including the connected catering service in Sihanoukville, Cambodia, is one of the oldest and well established businesses in town. The making of all kind of bakery products is equivalent to the same high quality and producing standards of the European bakery trade. Especially for our Scandinavian and Easteuropean customers this is one of the most popular breads. Our firm customer base includes many hotels, guesthouses, restaurants, gastronomy businesses, supermarkets. The ground floor is built from bricks, while the whole first floor is made by wood. The property has a size of 700 square meters. The bakery and the sales floor size is 100 square meters and it takes place in a modern extension of the building, connected with the house by inner doors. The house itself offers space for living on two floors with a size of 180 square meters. Beside the kitchen at the ground floor we also have two staff rooms behind the kitchen. The rent is $ 500 a month. We consume about $ 170 electricity in the month. I sell all equipment that belongs to the bakery. Three Mixer, Refrigerators, Deep freeze. I leave everything in the bakery. You can start to work immediately. The landlord extended the contract every time for 4 years more.
Prise $ 40,000.

I wonder how much gas they go through each month. Tough business, being a baker. Very hard work and the product is so quickly perishable.

its really tragic, sort of, that this businesses are doomed to go down.
huge bakery chains are taking over in the world.
they are not bad either, but this stuff baked in small amounts is always something different.
i love that so much.

perhaps, this is also due to the idiot 'rumors' about gluten and wheat not being 'healthy'.
i can confirm two things, for 100% and would swear for that with my life (lol, sort of):

- bread is the best thing you can eat, when you think you have 'food sensitivies'
- bread IS healthy
- btw, there is NO gluten allergy... its crap, proven for long
- bread is very important for the physical processes, e.g. digestion

trust me on this one.
i could eat a 5 or 7 things for the first 14 years of my life.
sour-dough bread was my favorite.
...and still is...
its something very very important to eat.
dont believe the shit, they publish about breads. its dead-wrong.

this bakery is a dream.
but products have to be cheapest for the customers, they perish quickly, and its a hard job, that needs lot of supply - from gas, room, ingredients - to the long time spent to prepare and sell the goods.

hope, they find a new owner, who is dedicated to some good stuff.
and hope, ppl find back to one of the foods, humans have been eating from day one - all over the planet.

Maybe that was the flaw in his business plan that forced him to sell. They love pies in SHV. Love 'em! He could have raked it in.
