Looking for someone to take over my bar and restaurant business. The house rent is $700/month, and you’ll be making a new leasing contract with the owner for your desired duration upon purchase. The asking price is $7,000.

It has 2 refrigerator, 1 freezer, 1 lap top PC, 1 speaker set, 4 TVs, 10 high chairs, 8 dining tables, 26 chairs, 4 CCTV security cameras, 1 monitor, 1 Wi-Fi router, 1 printer, 1 cash register, 1 microwave, 1 blender, 1 expresso machine, 1 oven, 5 ceiling fans, 4 standing fans, 1 menu stand, 2 black boards, 2 rice cookers, 1 food processor, 1 fryer, many dishes and glasses and tableware.

Looks like a reasonable deal.

Now repriced at $5,000. I spent nearly $6,000 on equipment and $9,000 more for renovation. Hoping to find someone who thinks the price is reasonable enough, wants to keep a bar in Tuol Kork.

Looks like it has lots of potential...

I told him when he first opened and posted what he should do to get customers. He didn't listen.

I told him when he announced a drink special what he should do to get customers. He didn't listen.

It's not in a good location for the foreigners he wants to fleece. He needs a hot girl as a bartender, 50 cent beers, a change of music, a few hot girls at the bar to attract customers and different food.
He needs to get people sitting in the big open space outside so others know it's an okay/fun place to go.

As it is now, he's got 1.50 beers on tap and run of the mill Thai and Khmer food. I don't think he's going to listen or find a buyer!

$.50c beers attract the wrong crowd.
