Selling 5 year lease on resort option another 5 years. Upon owner agreement. Rent 500 per month, staff and electric, water wifi 250 per month.

17,500 invested on renovations. 4000 cash deposit.

20,000 firm to take over lease.

6 very nice equipped. I Bunglows . Large staff accommodation invisible in rear of resort.

Private area , location. Between kep national park and the ocean.

Great for a private resort for PP residents. No low season here as they pack the place every weekend.

Reason for selling to private for me.

sounds cheap but

love the well equipped gym

Does sound like a good deal, unfortunately couldn't see many pictures on your website, apart from the one of the "state of the art gym equipment" hahaha!

Very basic rooms, but looks quite nice for 20k.

6 rooms, 5 years+restaurant/bar... u'd recoup ur investment, but only

5 rooms (live in one) @ $15/room ( go to $20-25 for high season) 50% occupancy $13,500/year+ profit on food/drinks
$9,000/year rent ++
