This is from Facebook today, but it was also being advertised for sale last June. The owner says here that its been completely renovated.
Sweet Dream Bar on Dolphin Road - FOR SALE
Price: 7000$. If rend is 500$ amounts
This bar was completly reconstructed last October, new floors, ceiling, walls, bar.
All Electric ( fans, wiring, lighting all new) and plumbing were completely redone (pipes, taps, sinks, toilets all new).
New Roof above outdoor seating.
