Turnkey bar business for sale, which is currently run as a hostess bar.

'Utopia Bar' is for sale in a prime location on street 172 at the corner of 51 street . Opposite Flamingo's hotel and Black Cat bar , next door to Shangai Bar .
Prime location, within 20 seconds walk to Pontoon and Golden Soyra Mall .
Currently run as a hostess bar, the staff are willing to stay on including a trustworthy and reliable cashier.

Includes fitting and fixtures , including 2 air con units , TV, all bar furniture and all stock/alcohol at the time of takeover.
Also including in the price is 3 months security deposit $1650.
There is a small mezzanine room above the bar which is suitable for living, but no kitchen.
Rent is $550 a month and electric charged at state. There is 1 year and 3 months remaining on the lease , but you can talk to the landlord about extending.

Asking price is $8,000 . Looking for a quick sell.

LoL, it does sound cheap, until you do the math for the one-year lease. I think once there's only 2 years left on a lease, it should normally just be given away. 5 years would be my minimum on a "cheap" buy, personally.

And, while you can definitely say it's in a "good" location, bars on that street are hexed.

Rehabb, El Capitan, now it's Mang's, in a very short time.

That nightclub has changed about 100 times, etc. (I can't remember the name.)

So while it's just half a block off 51, it's still OFF 51.

Haha, we'll call it "CEO Lounge", copy Larry's layout, have $1 chili cheesedogs on Saturdays, and our tag line would be, "More skanks than Pontoon!"

Wouldn't be a bad deal if you could negotiate a longer term lease (at least 5 years) at the current rental price with the landlord prior to finalizing the sale.

the bar looks nice. 8 grand is not a bad price considering it looks clean and set up well.
A good barman could flip it into a popular spot.
