i frequent there often, (blood sausages are good) it used to be right on sisowath street facing the river, then couple of months ago 2 belgian guys took over and it went downhill from there, i manage to track down the original boss to his new place in the smaller streets behind, business had not been the same since. btw the boss really look like this, with the moustache and lederhosen

but in this case it have been real health reason and business failing, the boss doesnt seems to take care of himself, he evens breathes heavily from the few words of nominal english that he manages to speak to me, really sad to see this go, sisowath st is running out of food choices, mainly same khmer mix with western crap or faux pas indian food

Why would anyone pay $70,000 for this? You could rent an empty shophouse and fit it out exactly like that for $5,000.

Granted $600/mo. seems like a pretty good rent, but there's no indication how long the lease is for.
