i sell my mobile kitchen car business because i leave from Cambodia. I have electric and solar minivan with full equipped kitchen to sell what you want. No need license for drive this car because electric and solar and no need license too to sell your food because you can go everywhere no need to pay rental fee for your restaurant you just stop somewhere at the roadside and sell your food and drink.

Ah, no, not sure that's how it works either, at least for foreigners.

Yeah, okay, if you're Khmer ... but you're going to be paying the nearest actual restaurant a commission if you don't want their silent business partner's security guys paying your food fan a visit on a regular basis.

I don't know about Phnom Penh, but in Siem Reap even Khmer with mobile stands need licenses.
