While any business is always for sale at the right price, it would be imprudent for me to fail to remind of that fact as Garage winds up our existing 5 year lease. We will be executing a new lease effective September 1. That lease, while providing for a substantial rent increase, will still be under market and if we made no changes in Garage at all it would still be a profitable business (though obviously less so). I will refer you to Jackal and DV8's prior posts regardin the perils of combining fatherhood with long-term bar ownership in suggesting B., Jake and I are always open to proposals. For those who don't know "Garage" consists of the bar and two splendid one-bedroom apartments, one currently occupied, one recently vacated and available. We are conventiently located on 110 near the river.
