Looks like a reasonably priced business, clean and tidy,,,, but ,,, the rent is the killer part. With the amount of vacant places available , and it's going to get worse, I would be screwing the landlord down for a renewal at a lot lower price, or you will ditch the place and he will end up with a vacant property and get diddly shit for a long time.

From what I've seen they don't care. The place is paid for so if they don't get what they want they'll just let it rot.
