would you knock it even if it was $5800? (which is what it cost to buy)

and i doubt it would be 50% on a whole year average

shhh, dont tell people that guesthouse is a ultra low margin business, you need to own the land and building to make it viable or economy of scale, shhh dont tell people that we need suckers

Most rooms are with aircon. At high season the guesthouse is full just from booking.com. Room prices $15-30.
Rent price for low season is $1000 now.

link states rates as low as
$6 to a high of $25 for Oct
$8-$25 for dec.
april back down to $6-$25 till Nov.
