with 80K$ you can buy decent small apartments in greece, turkey, cyprus, southern spain, portugal, and it will be legally yours 100% without "hard title" bullshits and in plus you'll have a real garage and maybe a swimming pool nearby and drinkable tap water etc

i don't know why prices in PP are booming so much now but it makes no sense.
