There are two sides to the story. What is the value of the property and what sort of % return would you expect if you had your money invested in that property. Add the cost of maintenance, wear and tear replacements after a tenant moves out , then you can say if it is overpriced.

First impressions. If you put a rusted-out bed frame in some of these pictures, it would look very similar to the famous Toul Sleng picture.

Ah hem. Check yourself for ageism. Who are you calling "senior" ? (Some of the oldest people I know are called Junior.)

That said, I do agree with you that properties for rent posted on the forum tend to be torn apart here, but it's just general.(Not specifically anti-Kampot.) IMO.
