On the first floor of one of those old type of buildings, consists of a 4m x 5m ? with a mez floor above the same size. Toilet and shower and small area to brew coffee etc. Parking for moto.
Best thing about this place is its a corner unit and gets a nice breeze from the window on each side.
The place is burglar proof and monkey proof.
$80 pm plus bond $80 . Month to month lease, Separate elec meter at 600 or 800r kw [ I never bothered to look ] under landlords name.
Comes with a antique chair and table and a bed that can tell many interesting stories,s if you can get it to talk.

This room is still available for rent paid till 23 June. Have had a few girls from Wat Phnom looked at it and most of them did not like the antique chair and table,







But they all liked the bed.

At only $80 per month this would be a good place to keep your dog or other pets so they don't interrupt you while you are sleeping in your other apartment.

Hilarious. Perhaps you could keep your wat phnom girls upstairs while you sit at your antique table and chair.

I'd keep a dog and a Wat Phnom girl there. The dog just to look after the Wat Phnom girl.

It would make a nice pied-a-terre for scooby et al.

If you ever see my 80 dollar room, you would realise that this shabby room is way too expensive.
