Looking for an Apartment

Hey there,
Just came out from Quarantine, now stuck in my Hotel..all my Appointments I had about to find an Apartment via FB are canceled. Can't cruising around too much to find something.
Looking for something between 200-400$, Phnom Penh. Furnished.
Does anybody coincidentally know someone?
I'm not a noisy one, quiet simple.

Doun Penh, around Russian Market, Kandal Market, Tuol Sleng Area. But Doun Penh would be nice.

The place below me is vacant.
2 bedroom, A/C, super quiet, 5m to royal palace/riverside.
I've been living here for a few years, no complaints. Landlord is very nice too.
I pay 400, but you probably can get it for 350 or 300, maybe less. I had a year contract, but maybe shorter term is possible too now.

Looking for a furnished/semi furnished studio/1BR apartment in Khan Daun Penh or nearby. Up to $300 pm. Prefer no agents. Appreciate any leads.

Are you in PP? Just go looking for "for rent" signs in your favourite streets, these may be in Khmer language of course.
Not in PP? Get a short term room and do as above.
Wait a minute, I look in my crystal ball. I see many people smiling at you and making promises of wonderful things.
