$220 - Flat 1 Bedroom - No furnished

Looking for an apartment to rent in Phnom Penh? We have you covered. This is a good starting point for expats who are in the process of moving to Cambodia to live and work. Finding a villa, condo, flat, or borey to stay in when you arrive is probably one of your top priorities. Check out our listings from the community! And if you have a house or apartment for rent, you're welcome to list it here for free. Kampot, Siem Reap, Battambang, Sihanoukville, and other provinces around Cambodia also have places to rent, but you might have better luck finding them on foot after you arrive, as the largest number of listings are in the capital city of Phnom Penh.

It's rustic - some new paint would brighten it up.

It would suit some down and out barang who is always drunk or on a high . Why would he want it brighter,, too hard on the eyeballs. Maybe a coat of black paint would be OK.

Looks like some money grubbing lazy slum landlord - won't even spend a few lousy dollars tarting it up or a bit of cleaning.

$50 can get better than this!

Is (was) that a whiteboard on the wall? Looks like it used to be a classroom?

I've got to say it doesn't look worth anywhere near $220 per month. It's the sort of room 6 uni students might share at $20 per month each.

I think you will find uni kids and bargirls are paying around the $50 mark each these days.
